- Payment Options
- We accept most Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo, Discover) as well as PayPal and Google Checkout. In addition we can accept payment by check but we will not despatch your goods until the cheque has cleared which may take up to 10 days.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We try out hardest to get your order to you as soon as possible. Wherever possible (and 99% of the time) all good displayed on the web site are in stock and ready for despatch. However, if the items aren't in stock we'll contact you as soon as possible so that you can amend or cancel your order.
- Delivery on UK orders over £75 is completely free. Orders under £75 are charged based on the total weight of items ordered.
- Typical UK delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail. Each delivery is covered for up to £36 compensation, in the (very) unlikely event of loss or damage.
- We also have a courier service available for £5.99
- At the moment we are not shipping outside of the United Kingdom. However, we will review this decision on a regular basis so please do get in touch if you would like to place an order from outside of the United Kingdom.
- Privacy & Security
- It's not surprising that people are wary of shopping online with so many scare stories in the media about credit card fraud, 'phishing' and other online scams. Frankly we don't blame you for being nervous but at PartyShowroom we take the security of your personal information and payment details very, very seriously.
- When you place an order your personal details (your name, address, phone number etc) are transfered to our server from your web browser using 128-bit encryption. Only we can access that information which we use to process your orders. Your credit or debit card details are even safer because we never, ever see them because they are sent directly to our payment processor (such as paypal or Google Checkout).
- Not surprisingly we collect personal information on this site, after all we need to know where to send the items that you order and to provide you with the best possible service. We do this in a lawful way in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like to know the information that we store about you then you can request a copy via our Contact Us form. Any errors or inaccuracies will be dealt with promptly.
- We use cookies on this site to hold non-secure information (such as the contents of your shopping cart) which help to enhance your use of this site. These cookies are normally deleted when you close your web browser and no personally-identifiable information remains.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason at all please return them within 28 days for a full, unconditional refund. No fuss, no quibbles, no problems. We would recommend that any refunds are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery as we cannot refund for items that go missing. The buyer must cover the costs of the return postage and any resulting refund will be less the initial postage and packing.
